Our Promise

The Global LobbE is a digital monument built to preserve intentional inscriptions for the long term. It is not a social feed, a game, or a temporary posting service.

We intend to maintain accepted inscriptions as part of the archive for as long as it is technologically and humanly practical. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the monument continuously available.

Technology, laws, security requirements, service-provider changes, and exceptional circumstances may require maintenance windows, migrations, format changes, temporary interruptions, or removal in specific cases. The platform does not promise literal immortality, uninterrupted uptime, or absolute unchangeable storage.

Our purpose is long-term remembrance — not fleeting attention.

§ 02

Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing an inscription, reserving an archive position, submitting content, or using this website, you agree to these policies.

  • You must be legally eligible to use and purchase in your jurisdiction.
  • Information you submit must be accurate and lawful.
  • You must have the authority to submit any photo, name, handle, logo, or content you upload.
  • One primary personal inscription per living person.
  • Multiple purchases are allowed for distinct real people, authorized memorials, gifts to specific family members, or approved organizations (studio, brand, project, etc.).
  • No repeated duplicate inscriptions of the same identity.
  • No impersonation, and no fraudulent family, memorial, or historical claims.
  • No unlawful activity, harassment, or interference with the platform.
  • No automated abuse or reservation exhaustion.
  • Archive positions may not be resold or transferred outside a process The Global LobbE explicitly authorizes.
  • Purchasing an inscription does not transfer ownership of the company, servers, code, branding, archive presentation, or intellectual property.
§ 03

Archive Numbers and Reservations

Archive numbers are assigned through the official inscription flow. A temporary reservation may hold an archive number for a short window while you complete checkout.

  • A temporary reservation is not a completed inscription.
  • Reservations expire if payment is not completed in time.
  • Payment must be successfully processed before an inscription is finalized.
  • #0001 is the Founder position. #0002–#0099 are Genesis positions and are not publicly purchasable.
  • The Onyx Reserve occupies #0100–#0999.
  • The Global Grid begins at #1000.
  • The company may correct duplicate or technically invalid assignments, and may reopen a position if a transaction is refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or otherwise failed — under the then-current pricing and availability.
§ 04

Pricing and Tier Benefits

Current pricing is shown before checkout. Different prices reflect archive rarity, presentation, revision access, and included benefits — not any judgment of human worth.

  • Onyx Reserve pricing may rise according to publicly stated inventory milestones.
  • Existing completed inscriptions remain grandfathered at the price originally paid.
  • Future features are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in the purchased tier.
  • Applicable taxes or other required charges may apply.
§ 05

Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Payments are processed through Stripe. A purchase is not complete until Stripe confirms the payment. Digital inscription work may begin immediately after payment.

Because inscription positions are limited digital archive locations, most purchases are final. Refund review is limited to specific situations:

  • Duplicate charges or clear payment-processing errors.
  • Fraudulent transactions.
  • Situations where the company cannot deliver the purchased inscription service.

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, choosing the wrong tier, failing to complete an inscription within the reservation window, or abandoned purchases.

If a payment is later reversed or a chargeback is filed, the associated inscription may be hidden, restricted, or removed while the reversal is resolved, and the archive number may reopen. Duplicate or accidental charges are reviewed on request. Contact support to start a review.

§ 06

Archive Revisions

Certain fields on an inscription may be revised after inscription. Tier benefits determine included revisions; a single paid revision may be available where offered.

  • Revisions are subject to moderation and these policies.
  • Revision access does not allow transferring an inscription to a completely different identity unless explicitly approved.
  • The company may retain internal logs or prior versions for security, dispute resolution, and archive administration.
§ 07

Content Guidelines

To preserve the integrity of the monument, submitted content may not contain:

  • Explicit sexual content or pornographic material.
  • Graphic violence or gore.
  • Hate speech, extremist content, or incitement.
  • Harassment or threats.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Doxxing or private personal data of another person.
  • Impersonation or fraudulent family / historical claims.
  • Malware, phishing, or unsafe links.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement.
  • Spam, duplicate profiles, or promotional abuse.
  • Content that exploits minors.
  • Images or text that violate the dignity and purpose of the monument.

The Global LobbE reserves the right to reject, hide, restrict, edit presentation, or remove any submission that violates these guidelines or creates legal, safety, moderation, payment-processor, or platform concerns.

§ 08

Photos and Media

Photos are moderated. Files may be rejected for content, format, security, ownership, or size reasons.

  • Uploading an image confirms you own it or have permission to use it.
  • The platform may resize, compress, crop, convert, or otherwise optimize media for archive presentation.
  • Future audio or video features are not promised by current purchases unless explicitly stated.
§ 09

Memorial Inscriptions

Memorial inscriptions honor someone who has passed away.

  • The buyer must have reasonable authority or family permission to create the memorial.
  • The company may request verification.
  • Disputes between family members may lead to temporary hiding during review.
  • The Global LobbE does not decide inheritance, estate, or family legal disputes.
  • False death claims or exploitative memorials are prohibited.
§ 10

Legacy Ties and Family Relationships

Legacy Ties connect inscriptions to help visitors navigate the archive.

  • Relationships should be accurate.
  • Living-member ties require confirmation where the feature supports it.
  • Claims may be disputed or removed.
  • A displayed relationship is not legal or genealogical certification and is not proof of biological ancestry.
  • Adoption, stepfamily, chosen family, guardianship, and other relationships are welcome and should be represented respectfully where supported.
  • The Global LobbE is not a DNA-testing service or official genealogical-record authority.
§ 11

Genesis Archive

The Genesis Archive is the earliest section of the monument.

  • #0001 is the Founder position.
  • #0002–#0099 are sealed and invitation-only.
  • They may recognize founding builders, patrons, ambassadors, authorized honorees, and inscriptions that materially define the monument’s early history.
  • They are not automatically available for purchase.
  • Genesis recognition does not mean one life has greater human value than another.
  • Genesis positions may remain unassigned indefinitely.
§ 12

Duplicate Inscriptions

One person, one primary personal inscription.

When duplicates are detected, options may include:

  • Reassignment to another eligible person.
  • Conversion to an approved gift or archive credit where supported.
  • Upgrade of an existing inscription.
  • Removal or suspension in cases of abuse.
§ 13

Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of the content they submit.
  • Users grant The Global LobbE the rights needed to store, display, format, preserve, moderate, promote, and operate the inscription within the monument.
  • The platform design, brand, source code, seals, archive presentation, and trademarks remain owned by The Global LobbE.
  • Users may not copy or commercially exploit the platform design.
§ 14

Privacy

The Global LobbE collects only the information reasonably necessary to operate the archive, process purchases, display inscriptions, communicate with users, improve the platform, and protect against abuse.

  • Public inscription information is intentionally public.
  • Payment data is processed by Stripe; The Global LobbE does not intentionally store complete card numbers.
  • Security and fraud logs may be retained for account protection and dispute resolution.
  • Cookies and session data are used for authentication, reservation continuity, and abuse prevention.
  • Email communications may be sent for account, purchase, and archive-related matters.
  • The Global LobbE does not sell users’ personal information.
  • Removing account access does not automatically mean an accepted public inscription is deleted — the purchased archive service is designed for preservation, subject to law and company policy.

This is a plain-language description of current practice. It is not a statement of compliance with any specific privacy regime unless we say so explicitly.

§ 15

Account Access and Security

  • Users are responsible for account security and the safety of their credentials.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.
  • The company may lock or suspend accounts during a security review.
  • Owner verification may be required before certain revisions.
  • Sharing login credentials is discouraged.
§ 16

Enforcement, Suspension, and Removal

The Global LobbE may reject, hide, suspend, revise presentation, or remove content or accounts for:

  • Policy violations.
  • Legal requirements, safety concerns, fraud, or security incidents.
  • Court orders or service-provider requirements.
  • Credible identity or memorial disputes.

Removal of content does not necessarily create a refund right. Serious cases may be reported to authorities. Users may contact support to appeal or clarify a specific decision.

§ 17

Service Changes

  • Features may evolve.
  • Presentation and technology may change.
  • Core purchased benefits will be honored where reasonably possible.
  • Future features shown as concepts or roadmaps are not guaranteed.
  • Maintenance and migrations may cause temporary interruption.
§ 18

Limitations and Disclaimers

  • The platform is provided subject to technical and legal limitations.
  • The company cannot guarantee that every external Archive Link remains available.
  • The company is not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
  • The monument is not an official government, genealogical, historical, legal, or identity certification.
  • Users are responsible for the truth and legality of the content they submit.
